Having been on the seller side of the Amazon ecosystem, we know exactly the challenges every reseller faces when it comes to tracking their inventory. That experience shaped a workflow we now offer to every client.

Each time we receive a shipment, every detail is captured in a shared drive with the product owner. We start with the original shipping slip, including all labels from the wholesaler or retailer where the products were purchased.

We then photograph every item received, right after labeling and prepping it to FBA standards. And before anything leaves our facility, we photograph the placement of each product inside the outbound boxes.

This means the entire logistics journey, from entry to exit, is tracked and recorded. If Amazon ever questions the origin, the condition, or the details of any product processed through our services, the reseller has that information at their fingertips, at all times.

To our knowledge, no other prep center offers this level of documentation, because it is detailed and tedious work. We do it because we believe that is how it should be done — and because it worked for us.
